Dependent verification

Your Subtitle Goes Here

This year, you must verify that any dependents you cover meet Adobe’s eligibility requirements.

If you don’t provide required documentation by November 15, 2026, your dependents will be removed from Adobe coverage effective January 1, 2027.

Medical, dental, and vision coverage

Choose the medical plan that best fits your life.

You can choose between two options for dental coverage and two options for vision coverage.

Get complete dental and vision coverage details, and see your contributions.

Health Savings Account (HSA)

Your Subtitle Goes Here
3

If you contributed to the HealthEquity HSA in 2026, your per-pay-period election will roll over to 2027. Note that, because your contributions will be made over 24 pay periods—instead of 27 as in 2026—and the IRS maximum contribution amount is increasing, you should review and update your per-pay-period contribution election for 2027.

Lump-sum elections based on specific payroll dates will not roll over; you’ll need to enter those in the Adobe benefits enrollment site.

3

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)

Your Subtitle Goes Here
3

If you participate in the Health Care FSA or Dependent Care FSA in 2026, your elections will not roll over for 2027. It’s important to review your contributions to make sure they are in line with your current needs and to be aware of increases to contribution limits for 2027.

Tip: Schedule a consultation with an MSA money coach for guidance on whether the Dependent Care FSA or the child care tax credit better suits your family’s needs.

Long-term disability

Your Subtitle Goes Here

For the first time, you can choose between two options for long-term disability:

  • LTD Plus plan aligns most closely with the LTD coverage you have now. It pays 66.67% of your salary up to an enhanced monthly maximum of $20,000. There is a new per-paycheck contribution for 2027.
  • LTD Basic plan pays 50% of your monthly salary up to $15,000 per month. There is no cost to you for this coverage.

View plan rates and enroll on the benefits enrollment site. If you don’t take action, you’ll be enrolled in the LTD Plus plan, which requires a new paycheck contribution.

Short-term disability

If you work outside of California, you can choose between two options for short-term disability:

  • The STD Plus plan provides 100% of your salary for weeks 2–10 of disability and requires an employee contribution every pay period.
  • The STD Basic plan provides 80% of your salary for weeks 2–10 of disability, and there is no cost to you.

Both plans cover 66.67% of your salary from week 11 to day 120, with a weekly benefit cap of $3,500.

View plan rates and enroll on the benefits enrollment site.

Life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance

Your Subtitle Goes Here
3

Your current supplemental life and AD&D insurance elections will automatically carry over for 2027. However, Open Enrollment is a good time to review your coverage and make any changes based on your current needs.

During Open Enrollment, you can increase your supplemental life coverage by up to $150,000 with no evidence of insurability (EOI)—or more, with EOI—and add to your accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage. You can also increase or decrease life insurance for your spouse or domestic partner and dependent children. EOI is required to increase spouse or partner insurance more than $25,000 or for any coverage over $125,000.

Voluntary supplemental insurance plans

Consider supplemental, employee-paid plans through MetLife that are designed to provide additional financial protection if you and your family experience a covered health event. You can choose to enroll in one, two, or all three of the plans: critical illness, accident, or hospital insurance.

Learn more about this voluntary supplemental insurance. View plan rates on the benefits enrollment site.

You can enroll in voluntary long-term care (LTC) insurance directly through Trustmark. No medical questions are required if you joined Adobe since November 11, 2025. Visit the LTC enrollment site to get more information and to enroll October 26–November 6.

3

Legal assistance

When you sign up for the MetLife legal plan, you’ll have access to an online portal of attorneys for covered services, digital estate planning, and four hours of legal advice for uncovered matters. Our MetLife plans can cover you, your spouse, and your dependents, and you have the option to add your parents.

Keep in mind that you must already have legal insurance prior to the occurrence of a major life event for it to be covered.

Your 2026 election will automatically roll over to 2027. During Open Enrollment, you can add or change coverage for yourself or your parents.

3

Identity theft protection

Your Subtitle Goes Here
3

If you want identity theft protection, you can choose from two options for MetLife + Aura during Open Enrollment this year:

  • Individual coverage for yourself for $3.12 per pay period
  • Family coverage for you, minor dependents, and up to 10 additional adults for $6.85 per pay period; coverage includes the Life360 Platinum app

Deferred compensation plan (for director level and above)

Your Subtitle Goes Here
3

The deferred compensation plan (DCP) allows participants to put eligible compensation into a tax-deferred savings plan.

If your position is director level or above, and you would like to enroll for 2027, visit Nolan (or SSO) during the enrollment period, which is October 26–November 6.

Even if you’re already enrolled in the DCP, you need to reenroll; elections do not automatically roll over from year to year. While you’re on the site, review and update your beneficiaries.

For a quick DCP overview, watch this short video.

Review your beneficiaries

Don’t forget to update your beneficiaries if you’ve had any life changes, such as marriage, divorce, birth, or adoption. You can do this at any time, but Open Enrollment is a convenient time to check whether any changes are needed.

Change to 401(k) catch-up contributions

Your Subtitle Goes Here
3

Under IRS rules, if you will be age 50 or older in 2027 and you’ve earned more than $155,000 (projected) in FICA wages from Adobe in 2026, any catch-up contributions you make in 2027 must be Roth (after-tax) contributions, not pretax. The IRS will announce the FICA wages threshold later in 2026. If you are subject to the Roth catch-up requirement, review your deferral elections—and update them if needed—to ensure your catch-up contributions comply.
